From adrenaline-rushing zip-lining adventures and cable car rides in the snow-capped mountains of Whistler. Breathe in the beautiful scenery of British Columbia and the natural world with whale watching in the Straits of Georgia. This holiday will be one to remember!

Day 1: Welcome to Vancouver, Canada!

Pick up your SUV hire car at the airport and drive to you hotel.

Day 2 & 3: Days at leisure in Vancouver.

Relax at your hotel or explore Vancouver by yourself. If you want us to recommend some great tours just ask our travel specialist!

Day 4: Vancouver Island

Drive yourself to the Ferry Terminal today, and hop across to Vancouver Island, heading south to Victoria where you will spend the next 3 nights.
The ferry fee is included in your package; however, the vehicle and passenger tolls must be paid directly at the ferry terminal.

Day 5: Butchart Gardens

Explore Butchart Gardens, a National Historic Site of Canada first established in 1904. With 55 acres of floral displays, the gardens attract many visitors to behold the lushous green and colourful blooms.

Day 6: Whale Watching Tour

Enjoy the exhilaration of racing across the seas in an open-air Zodiac on a whale watching tour. The Juan de Fuca and Haro Straits are home to three orca (killer whale) pods, with nearly 80 orcas. There’s also a chance of spotting humpback, minke, and gray whales if you’re lucky!

Day 7: Vancouver Island to Whistler

Head north to catch a ferry back to the mainland to Horseshoe Bay where you will drive to Whistler Ski Resort to check in to your hotel.

Day 9: 1-Day “Peak 2 Peak” Experience

Travelling between the peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, the famous “Peak 2 Peak” gondola offers unprecedented access to both mountains’ expansive and unique high alpine terrain—and some of the most spectacular hiking on the continent. If you’re not in it for the exercise—or for dining with a serious view—enjoy the 11-minute gondola ride for the sightseeing alone. Reaching a height of 436-metres, experience 360° views of rugged peaks, glaciers, wildflowers, wildlife, and a palette of seasonal colours unique to the alpine environment.

Day 10: Scheduled Ziptrek Bear Tour

This thrilling eco-adventure is fun for the whole family! This experience features 2.5 hours of ziplining on a series of five zipline cables with a combined length of over 800 metres—a half-mile! Ziplines are joined together by suspension bridges, aerial stairways, and a ground-based trail. As your adrenaline pumps, you’ll enjoy the hidden beauty of Fitzsimmons Creek and the picturesque forest valley between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Along the way, ziptrek guides teach you about local ecology and Whistler’s coastal temperate rainforest.

Day 11: Day at leisure in Whistler.

Day 12: Return home

Depart the snow-capped mountains today and make your own way to the airport in time for your flight home.
