Duma Safari

Day 1: Karatu

Travel into the cooler northern highlands to Karatu, a convenient base for the Ngorongoro area. Settle in for the afternoon and evening with time to rest after the drive and get ready for an early start the following day. Overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House (Full Board).

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full safari day, one of the most wildlife-dense areas in Tanzania. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, then continue game viewing before climbing back out in the late afternoon and returning to your lodge. Overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House (Full Board).

Day 3: Central Serengeti

After breakfast, drive onwards into Serengeti National Park, travelling towards the Central sector. Arrive into the Seronera Valley area and spend time on game viewing as you go, then settle into camp for the evening. Overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati (Full Board).

Day 4: Central Serengeti

Full day game drives in the Serengeti, with the flexibility to stay out in the best areas rather than rushing between stops. Return to camp for meals and a relaxed evening in the bush. Overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati (Full Board).

Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park to Karatu

After breakfast, leave the Serengeti and travel back towards the highlands. Continue to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive, then drive on to your lodge in the Karatu area for the night. Overnight at Tloma Lodge (Full Board).

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, return to Arusha in time for lunch, then onward transfer/drop-off. (Bed and Breakfast basis)
