Day 1: Lusaka – South Luangwa National Park

Meet and assist on arrival in Lusaka, then take a scheduled flight to Mfuwe and continue into South Luangwa. Settle in and start easing into the Luangwa Valley rhythm, with the option to begin safari activities depending on arrival. Overnight at Mfuwe Lodge.

Day 2: South Luangwa National Park

Continue safari time from the Mfuwe area, where the lodge sits inside the park close to the main gate and wildlife moves through the lagoons around camp. Activities here focus on game drives, with walking safaris available on request, plus night drives using spotlights. Overnight at Mfuwe Lodge.

Day 3: South Luangwa National Park

Transfer further into South Luangwa to your chosen bushcamp for the main safari stay. Bushcamp options listed in the document include Kuyenda, Kapamba, Bilimungwe, Chindeni, Chamilandu, or Zungulila. Safari activities are built around walking and game drives, including night drives, shaped by the camp’s location on rivers, lagoons, waterholes and nearby plains. Day 4: South Luangwa National Park

Full day on safari activities from camp, using a mix of drives and walking to work the most productive habitats on the day. Time in camp can also be part of the wildlife experience, with several of the bushcamps positioned over waterholes, lagoons or river bends where animals regularly come in to drink. Day 5: South Luangwa National Park

Another full day of safari activities, with early and late outings and scope for night viewing. South Luangwa is repeatedly framed in the document around strong leopard viewing, high hippo density along the Luangwa River, and a broad range of birdlife. Day 6: South Luangwa National Park

Continue safari activities, keeping the day flexible around sightings and seasonal conditions. Depending on which bushcamp you are in, the emphasis may lean more towards walking, river and lagoon viewing, or waterhole-focused wildlife movement. Overnight at your selected Bushcamp Company bushcamp.

Day 7: South Luangwa National Park

Full day in South Luangwa, with more guided time on foot and by vehicle. Several of the camps described include sundowner set-ups on rivers or scenic viewpoints, and night drives are consistently referenced across the collection. Overnight at your selected Bushcamp Company bushcamp.

Day 8: South Luangwa National Park

Scheduled flight back from Mfuwe to Lusaka, with assistance at check-in. The attachment contains a day-number inconsistency for this return flight, but it is clearly the outbound connection back to Lusaka at the end of the safari.
