Meet the Team

Felicia Severns
Managing Director
Felicia Severns
Managing Director

Just before the 2002 Winter Olympics, she moved to Utah and spent the next 7 years at The Canyons Resort in Park City, managing resort marketing and events.
At 30, she quit her much-loved job to travel through Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Australia, NZ & USA, then accidentally settled back in Britain where the quest for excitement continued. After a spell creating corporate sales for some of the most beautiful country house hotels in the UK, a chance meeting at the Dubai Rugby 7s created an opportunity to develop luxury travel and hospitality products at sporting events worldwide. She has since created, directed and managed group and bespoke travel experiences for the Lions Tour to Australia, and to Hong Kong, NZ, Dubai, Las Vegas, Vietnam, Cambodia and around Europe.
After working with Liz since 2016, Felicia took over the ownership and operation of Odyssey World in 2019, in perfect time to experience a global pandemic and shut down of the entire travel industry. She remains optimistic and excited about whatever could happen next…!

Caroline McGuffie
Caroline is passionate about travel!
Her early years were spent growing up in South Africa, mainly outside with her horse or swimming with her friends. She moved to the UK as a teenager where she grew up in Bath and knowing she wanted to see the world. Caroline has spent most of her career in the travel business starting out with a specialist long haul travel agent where she gained invaluable experience. She then worked for a tour operator, Austravel, handling around the world itineraries with exciting trips to Australia and New Zealand and everywhere in between! Whilst on a holiday in Bali she met someone who was working onboard cruise ships…a few moths later she was flying to San Juan to join her first ship, the Crown Odyssey. After a couple of contracts she switched to Silversea Cruises where she was the Assistant Tour Manager travelling the world in luxury…perfect! Returning to the UK a few years later she settled in London where she has two boys who she is immensely proud of. After a brief time away working in the Real Estate world she returned to the travel business working in sports travel and events where she met and worked alongside Felicia. Recently joining Odyssey World Travel, she is delighted to be back in the world of travel where her heart is!

Dannien Sullivan
Marketing Assistant
Dan Sullivan
Marketing Assistant
A fan of creative writing and the English language, Dan pursued two English subjects during his studies. Having previously worked an eclectic mixture of job roles, he decided to pursue his passion by finding an outlet where his written work could engage and inspire, while also making use of his graphic design and IT skills.
Arriving at Odyssey World, Dan’s travel experience was in its infancy: having sojourned around the UK and parts of Europe, he wasn’t quite yet a jet setter. However, in his many years working as the resident marketer, he has added two entire continents to his repertoire – enjoying a whirlwind trip to Morocco and an exploratory excursion to Oman (as pictured)!
Hopefully, buoyed by these experiences and his continual investigation into new cultures, landmarks, and locations, his foray into the world of travel is only just getting started!
Favourite things to do
Keeping fit, trying new food, exploring nature and rural settings, using fun technology, reading interesting books and watching good films!
Travel Experience
Oman, Morocco, parts of Europe, and the UK!

Aimee Fogarty
Borneo Destination Specialist
Aimee Fogarty

Aimee started her career in the wine industry. Her travels to meet winemakers and learn about their vineyards inspired her to found her own travel company, escorting small groups to explore the rich history of wine and gastronomy across Europe. She is a firm believer that one of the fundamental joys of travel is experiencing your destination’s culinary traditions – and innovations!
After several years, Aimee moved to a large international travel company to develop her skills, moving to a role as a long-haul destination specialist. She moved on to become a Product Manager, contracting and curating a varied portfolio of hotels, excursions and in-destination experiences, before taking a break with the arrival of her daughter (named Siena, after the place where her parents first met – naturally!)
When a mutual friend introduced Aimee to Felicia, she knew Odyssey World was the right fit for returning to the world of travel. The focus on crafting personalised and inspiring itineraries with environmental and social responsibility at its core is a wonderful ethos, and she is excited to be joining such a dedicated and dynamic team!

So many to chose from, but up there is definitely spending a night in Antarctica. Listening to the sound of whales, icebergs calving and penguins squawking all night is unforgettable, but despite the din, its such a peaceful place.
