Day 1: Arrive Bangkok (D)

Arrive Bangkok. Upon arrival, your private transfer will collect you and transfer you to the Shangri-La Hotel, a perfect riverside choice for Bangkok.

This evening enjoy an intimate, romantic dinner on the legendary “River of Kings”. Dine aboard the Tahsaneeya Nava, a unique and beautiful antique teakwood rice barge, and cruise along the historic Chao Phraya River, which flows between the ancient and modern capitals of the kingdom and is the focal point for many festivals and royal ceremonies. Return to your hotel afterwards.

Day 3: Bangkok (B)

Day at leisure to explore the city.

Day 4: Damnoen Saduak Floating markets (B)

This morning you will be collected early for your floating markets tour to see the colourfully clad merchants paddling along the congested canals in sturdy canoes laden with fresh fruit and vegetables. Expect plenty of chatter and activity and don’t forget to barter – all part of the fun!
Return to Bangkok with the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Chiang Mai (B)

Return private transfer to the airport for the flight up to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, your private transfer will collect you and transfer you to The Chedi.

Strategically located near the banks of the renowned Mai Ping River in central Chiang Mai, each of the resort’s 84 exquisite rooms and suites boast private courtyards, open balconies and breathtaking views.

Day 6: Chiang Mai (B)

Today is at leisure in Chiang Mai.

Day 7: Maa Saa Elephant Camp and Waterfall (B)

Half an hour north of Chiang Mai City, Mae Saa Elephant Camp is located in a pleasant forested valley. Here the elephants provide a demonstration of their skill, intelligence, good humour and strength. Continue to visit Mae Saa waterfall in Ruckachati National Park before returning to your hotel in Chiang Mai. The evening is at leisure.

Day 8: Khao Lak (B)

Return private transfer to the airport for the flight to Phuket. Upon arrival, transfer to The Sarojin, located roughly 1 hours drive north in the idyllic beach destination of Khao Lak. Designed in a contemporary Asian style, the spiritual heart of the resort is an age old giant Ficus tree. The Sarojin offers 56 guest residences nestled within the 10-acre grounds.

Private access leads directly to an expansive white beach and the crystalline waters of the Andaman Sea that provide year-round swimming and water sports.
