Namibia is a country filled with incredible vistas and unique beauty, and it is even more apparent from the sky.
This adventure fly-in Namibia safari explores four distinct regions: the sands and red dunes of Sossusvlei; the icy, life-filled coasts at Swakopmund and Walvis Bay; the stark plains of Damaraland, with their desert-adapted elephants; and the amazing wildlife abundance on the savannah of Etosha. Travel in luxury and enjoy delicious food and activities included at the lodges.
Day 1: Arrive Windhoek
Upon arrival, you will be met by a driver and transferred to your boutique accommodation in Windhoek.
Day 2 & 3: Sossusvlei (FI)
Our driver will collect you for your transfer to the airport. From there, take the light-aircraft flight to Sossusvlei where you will be met at the airstrip and transferred to your desert lodge.
Day 4 & 5: Swakopmund (B)
After breakfast you will be transferred back to the airstrip, to take the light aircraft to Swakopmund. This historical town has a unique charm and this reflects in the Colonial-style homes and shops. With palm-lined streets, seaside promenades and decent beaches. With so much to do, enjoy two nights here exploring.
Day 6 & 7: Damaraland (FI)
Depart for Swakopmund airport after breakfast and take the light aircraft to Damaraland where you will be met on arrival and taken to your next lodge on the edge of the dry Aba-Huab River overlooking ancient plains with glorious views of the rugged Damaraland area. The camp provides an excellent base for exploring in game drive vehicles and on foot, as well as excursions to view fascinating prehistoric rock engravings at Twyfelfontein.
Day 8 & 9: Etosha national Park (FI)
Depart for Etosha National park this morning in a light aircraft. Your lodge is situated in the privately owned Ongava Game Reserve along the southern boundary of Etosha National Park. Placed as it is close to the top of a hill in the foothills, the vantage point is beautiful and overlooks a well-frequented waterhole and the plains beyond.
Activities include game drives into Etosha, spending time in the camp hide, and nature drives and walks on the reserve. Ongava has resident white and black rhino, giving guests staying at Ongava the opportunity to see both species.
Day 10: Departure (B)
Today you will be transferred to the airport today for your return flight home.
