The Feynan Eco Lodge is quite advanced and has solar electricity for use in bathrooms and kitchens. The lodge staff are all from the local Bedouin community which makes it an important asset to this remote area. Every evening, guests are invited to join the lodge’s guides on a complimentary hike to the top of a gentle
outcrop to watch a sunset like no other. Against the dramatic backdrop of rugged, multi-coloured mountains, the sun descends, spreading vivid ambers, violets and reds across the canvas of the evening sky.
Day 8: Feynan hike – Bedouin Activities
After breakfast, set out on a half day hike through the beautiful scenery surrounding your lodge. The hike takes around 4 hours and you could visit the Archaeological Treasures, Copper Mines, a portion of Wadi Ghwayr, or a combination of 2 of these depending on how much you want to spend in each location.
