Day 2: Tour of Amman - Citadel, Grand Mosque, Jerash

This morning you head out on a city tour of Amman with an English-speaking driver/guide. You will visit the
ancient Amman Citadel and the Amphitheatre and the Grand Mosque. After your tour of Amman you will head to the Roman ruins of Jerash, one of the best preserved cities of antiquity. Jerash is a close second to Petra on the list of favourite destinations in Jordan. This ancient city is acknowledged to be one of the best preserved Roman provincial towns in the world.

Day 3: Amman  - Jerusalem, Israel

Your guide will escort you to the border and assist with visa formalities. From there, continue by private transfer to your hotel. Check in and spend evening at leisure exploring the spiritual city of Jerusalem. Jerusalem is considered one of the holiest cities in Christianity, Islam and Judaism and the intertwined history is fascinating to explore.

Day 4 - Tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem

Join a group day tour to learn and observe the key sights. Visit the Mt of Olives for a stunning panoramic view of the city. Visit the Western (Wailing) Wall, the Cardo and walk the Via Dolorosa. The route of the Via Dolorosa begins near the Lions' Gate in the Muslim Quarter and ends at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, also known as the Church of the Resurrection (Anastasis) to Eastern Orthodox Christians. After your time in Jerusalem, you will transfer through the Wall to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity, located in Manger Square, which marks the traditional site of Christ’s birth.

Day 5: Sea of Galilee - Nazareth

Drive to Nazareth. Visit the Church of Annunciation, St. Joseph’s workshop and Mary’s Well (group day tour). Proceed via Cana of Galilee to Capernaum. Afterwards visit Tabgha, the site of the miracle of fish and loaves, and visit the Church of Multiplication with its 4th century mosaic floor. Continue to Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Return via the Jordan Valley to Jerusalem.

Day 6: Caesarea - Haifa

Today drive via the coastal highway to Caesarea to visit the impressive Roman & Crusader ruins. After your visit, continue to Acre to see the Crusader Halls. Acre's Old City has been designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Then it is onto Rosh Hanikra at the Lebanese border to descend by cable car for your two-minute ride down the 210-foot cliff to the fabulous grottos.

Day 7: Return to Jordan - Feynan

Today you will be transferred back via the Allenby Bridge crossing to the King Hussein Bridge in Jordan where you will be collected by our Jordanian agents and transferred to Feynan Eco Lodge. In the evening enjoy stargazing from the terrace. Deep in the heart of the mountainous Dana Biosphere Reserve, at the end of a rugged track, an idyllic candle-lit lodge rests in the magnificent Wadi Feynan. The Feynan Eco Lodge is quite advanced and has solar electricity for use in bathrooms and kitchens. The lodge staff are all from the local Bedouin community which makes it an important asset to this remote area. Every evening, guests are invited to join the lodge’s guides on a complimentary hike to the top of a gentle
outcrop to watch a sunset like no other. Against the dramatic backdrop of rugged, multi-coloured mountains, the sun descends, spreading vivid ambers, violets and reds across the canvas of the evening sky.

Day 8: Feynan hike – Bedouin Activities

After breakfast, set out on a half day hike through the beautiful scenery surrounding your lodge. The hike takes around 4 hours and you could visit the Archaeological Treasures, Copper Mines, a portion of Wadi Ghwayr, or a combination of 2 of these depending on how much you want to spend in each location. In the afternoon enjoy learning about the ways of the native Bedouins as you make Kohol and Arboud bread with them.

Day 9: Shobak Castle – Little Petra – Petra

Leave Feynan this morning to head towards Petra. Your first stop of the day is at Shobak Castle. Continue to Little Petra.
After Petra, Siq al-Barid in Beidha – nicknamed "Little Petra", is the next most important site for the casual visitor in Wadi Musa. A suburb of the ancient city, it comes complete with its own mini-Siq, tombs, temples and various examples of domestic architecture. After your visit continue to your overnight accommodation, Petra Guesthouse.

Day 10: Petra

A full day to visit the many sites of Petra including an optional  horse-ride. One of Jordan's national treasures and by far its best known tourist attraction. There are literally hundreds of buildings, ornate facades, tombs, baths and a three thousand seat amphitheatre. Best seen early morning or at sunset.

Day 11: Petra – Wadi Rum

This morning you will set out on your Wadi Rum experience.
Venture in a 4x4 vehicle into the Wadi Rum Desert, the largest and most magnificent of Jordan's desert landscapes with sand stone mountains, matching the colour of knife-edged dunes.  At Wadi Rum Night Luxury Camp you will enjoy a scrumptious dinner. After dinner, relax beside a bonfire and enjoy the star filled night sky. In the morning, awake to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, and a freshly cooked Arabic breakfast.

Day 12: Wadi Rum – Dead Sea

Leave the desert this morning to head to the Dead Sea. The afternoon is at your leisure.

The Dead Sea, at 422 meters (1,385 ft) below sea level, is one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes in the world and the lowest point on earth. The Jordanian east coast of the Dead Sea has evolved into both a religious and health and wellness tourism hub for the region. Spend the day sunbathing, swimming or dining.

Day 13: Dead Sea
