All the accommodation options have been personally selected and are extremely child friendly. Experience the best of the bush and the beach on this stress-free family safari exploring Lake Naivasha and the famous Masai Mara Reserve.

Day 1: Arrival / Lake Naivasha (L/D)

On arrival at Nairobi Airport you will be met by our representative who will give you a short safari briefing before you head straight out your accommodation. This beautiful lodge is an oasis on the shores of Lake Naivasha.

After checking in, enjoy a late lunch and perhaps take the children for a walk to the waters edge (with a guide and and additional cost) and see if you can spot any of the resident hippos as they wallow in the waters. We also highly recommend a boat ride to Crescent Island where you can explore on foot. Giraffes and numerous birds call this place home. Evening at leisure.

Overnight: Naivasha Simba Lodge

Day 2: Lake Naivasha (B/L/D)

Today, we travel to Lake Nakuru National Park (1hrs drive). This amazing national park houses a central lake which has an amazing pink tinge thanks to the thousands of resident flamingo's. Lunch has been arranged at the Lionhill Lodge and as you leave keep your eyes peeled...you may spot a leopard. Return to the lodge for dinner.

Overnight: Naivasha Simba Lodge

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve (B/L/D)

This morning, transfer to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve and the Mara Simba Lodge. The lodge sits overlooking a dramatic bend on the bank of the Talek, a tributary of the Mara River offering guests a spectacular view from the comfort of their rooms.

After lunch we suggest that you relax by the pool until the afternoon and your first game viewing experience in this famous Reserve.

Overnight: Mara Simba Lodge

Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve (B/L/D)

The early mornings are the best time to spot game as this is when all the animals are at their most active. Back at the lodge your breakfast is waiting for you. Why not take the children to visit a local Masai village (additional cost) and give them a first-hand education on how another tribe lives.

As the day draws to a close, head out on your last game drive in the Mara. Fingers crossed you manage to tick the last of the animals off your ‘must see’ list.

Overnight: Mara Simba Lodge

Day 5: Watuma Beach (B/L/D)

This morning, return to Nairobi Airport and onto Mombasa. Waiting for you at the airport will be a representative from Turtle Bay Beach Club to brief you on all the activities that are available during your stay.

Turtle Bay is a family paradise and has everything your children will need to keep them entertained so you can have some adult time.

Overnight: Turtle Bay Beach Club

Day 6: Watuma Beach (B/L/D)

With the children safely occupied at the kids club you are left to have a lazy morning enjoying a leisurely breakfast before taking up residency at the ‘Adult Pool’.

Situated right on the beach the pool overlooks the soft white sands and the blue Indian Ocean, the perfect place to relax with a good book.

Overnight: Turtle Bay Beach Club

Day 7: Watamu Beach (B/L/D)

The lazy day’s theme continues today. The beauty of Turtle Bay Beach Club is you are free to do as little or as much as you like. As the day progresses, you may wish to take the children out on a glass bottom boat (tide depending). This is a great way to explore the reef and the colourful coral fish.

Overnight: Turtle Bay Beach Club

Day 8: Watamu Beach (B/L/D)

Today is your last day in the sunshine. A trip into the local village to buy some souvenirs may be a good idea to remind you of your time in Kenya. Lunch can be followed by a final walk on the beach and a last ice cream before a farewell dinner.
