Seasons Restaurant

Located on the lower ground floor of the hotel, the restaurant overlooks a landscaped summer dining terrace with the feel of a hidden garden. Its open kitchen offers a sumptuous buffet, featuring Arabic mezzah and a wide selection of international specialties.

Vivace

The casual elegant Vivace serves classic Italian cuisine in a richly appointed contemporary setting. Wood-panelled walls and vaulted ceilings lend to the warmth of the room. Specialties of the restaurant include homemade pastas including seafood tagliolini with basil and tomato sauce and Milanese-style breaded veal loin with cauliflower.

Asia

On the upper lobby level, with views over the city, the contemporary Asia restaurant offers Asian cuisine from its innovative show kitchen. Asia offers "The White Plate" tasting menu, featuring five tasty appetisers. Another of the restaurant's specialties is yellow, red and green curries. Asia's Chinese, Japanese and Thai food menu features specialties such as dim sum and lobster with red chili and basil.

There is also ‘The Square Bar’ and ‘The Foyer Lounge’ to enjoy light snacks, afternoon tea and cocktails.
