The house comes fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including DSTV. It has 3 bathrooms plus outside shower, a lounge/ dining room/kitchen, separate TV room, a games room and a study / art studio. It has under floor heating and an indoor fireplace

The cost of a maid is included 1 day per week and is available on other days at R120.00 per day (to be paid locally). The pool & gardens are serviced regularly.

This rent includes elect, water, DSTV, washing machine, tumble drier, DVD player, Jacuzzi, dishwasher, under floor heating, fireplace and all linen, including beach towels.
