De Zeekoe guest farm is an expansive, privately owned working ostrich and alfalfa farm on the banks of the Olifants River, outside Oudtshoorn in the heart of the little Karoo. De Zeekoe’s hosts share their love of the land and their passion for Little Karoo, rich in history and culture. De Zeekoe is only half an hour from the famous Cango Caves, on Route 62.

Close to the main homestead are the superior suites, all with large bedrooms, full en-suite bathrooms and open-air showers. Four unique rustic waterfront cabins, ideal for families, are a 5-minute drive from the main house. Built from alien poplar wood by the lake, these waterfront cabins offer breathtaking views and abundant birdlife. Enjoy fishing or canoeing to make the most of the stunning scenery and nature around you. Each cabin has two bedrooms, bath with shower, kitchenette, lounge with fireplace and private deck.
