Bramshill is a large single story house set in a stunning garden in Constantia. There are three double bedrooms two of which are “on suite”. A well equipped open plan kitchen includes a gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. This is integrated with the family room to form the main focal point.

Other rooms include a dining room, large lounge, study (equipped with computer and wireless broadband internet), laundry with washing machine tumble dryer and ironing press. Two of the latest flat screen TV’s are mounted in the family room and main lounge, both linked to High Definition DSTV and supported by DVD, PVR and VCR units.

The spacious garden has a very large (8m x 4m) salt-water swimming pool and several loungers and umbrellas as well as two barbeques . The house is serviced with a part time gardener and maid Mon – Fri.

The main entrance has electronic gates and the house is fully alarmed .
